Eligibility and Scope of Services: Our services, including server setup and related products, are not available for use by residents of California, USA. Utilization of our services from these locations is in violation of our Terms of Service (ToS) and constitutes a waiver of rights to participate in class actions or representative claims against P3AK.

Non-Refundable Services: All server setup packages offered by P3AK are final and non-refundable once your order has been processed and provisioned. We encourage you to ensure the package selected meets your requirements. For assistance in choosing the appropriate package, please contact our support team.

Payment Terms: In the event of a payment via Credit Card/Debit Card, you authorize P3AK to automatically charge your card for due invoices. Should you choose to opt-out of automatic payments, it is your responsibility to inform us or to cancel the services via our website. All transactions are final and non-refundable.

Configuration and Setup: P3AK's responsibility is confined to account setup and configuration on our end. We do not provide support for user-end configuration of server setup. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge your understanding of the setup process or your ability to seek external assistance.

Liability and Reseller Disclaimer: P3AK acts solely as a reseller and does not own or control the servers or content of the providers. We are not liable for the server performance or content hosted on the servers. Any usage of these services is at your own risk, and P3AK is not liable for any resulting downtime or other consequences. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion without a refund for breach of terms.

Service Setup Timeframe: The standard setup time for new services is 1-24 hours, excluding weekends. Weekend orders may require 24-48 hours for processing. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if an update request is made within 8 hours of order placement. Our trial services are not processed during weekends (Friday to Sunday) and will be addressed the following Monday.

No Return, No Refund Policy: P3AK does not issue refunds for any subscriptions or purchases. This includes no credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions or purchases cancelled mid-month. Access to services will continue until the end of the billing cycle. Refunds or discounts are at P3AK's sole discretion and are not guaranteed. A 60% restocking fee applies to any chargebacks, returns, or refunds issued. Each case is unique and a decision in one instance does not obligate us in another. All products and services are sold "AS-IS" and are non-refundable.

Digital Products: For digital products, due to their nature and delivery method, refunds are not possible.
